1.3 Cancellations & Rescheduling

Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. Late cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Pricing varies based on the type of service, system size, and project complexity. Estimates provided online or over the phone are subject to change upon an in-person evaluation.

3.2 Pre-Service Preparation

Customers should remove any personal items or obstacles near sprinkler system components. If excessive debris, hazardous conditions, animal feces, or unforeseen issues exist, we may refuse service or charge an additional fee.

4. Service Satisfaction & Liability

4.1 Quality Guarantee

We strive for 100% customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with the service, please notify us within 24 hours, and we will attempt to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

4.2 Limitations of Liability

We are not responsible for pre-existing system issues, water pressure inconsistencies, or damage due to improper maintenance before our service. While we take precautions, we are not liable for damage to landscaping, underground utilities, or property structures caused by necessary work. Our liability is limited to the cost of the service performed.
